Terrence Gaskin
PRINCIPAL
Terrence Gaskin is an American entrepreneur, business executive, and technology innovator known for founding and leading ventures focused on technology, vehicle security solutions, gelato manufacturing and childcare facility ownership. He serves as the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Project Overlord Systems, a technology company headquartered in Houston, Texas that develops advanced anti-theft, alarm, and tracking devices for multi-purpose vehicle wheels and related applications. Mr. Gaskin also is a Co-Founder and Principal of Immobiliare Properties, the parent company of a consortium of companies under its umbrella consisting of MUV Technologies Inc., a rideshare company, Luigi's Italian Gelato & Coffee, Adrenaline Motoring as well as multiple other ventures. Mr. Gaskin is also a Co-Owner of The Academy of Young Scholars. In his leadership roles in multiple companies, Mr. Gaskin has been instrumental in guiding the company’s strategic direction, overseeing product innovation, and building a global team to advance his companies growth initiatives in step with his wife Mrs. Deshonda Gaskin.

Mrs. Gaskin is an entrepreneur, education leader, author, wellness coach, and community advocate known for her work in early childhood education and her voice in health and wellness. She is Co-Owner and Co-Founder of The Academy of Young Scholars, a Houston-area educational organization focused on nurturing children’s development with innovative programs that prepare learners for future success. Under her leadership, the academy emphasizes a safe, supportive environment and a curriculum designed to foster growth, cooperation, and early academic readiness. In addition to her work in education, Mrs. Gaskin is known as an author and wellness coach, with a personal focus on mindset transformation and survivorship. She has publicly identified as a Cancer Survivor and Ambassador for other cancer survivors, using her platform to inspire resilience, self-care, and empowerment among individuals facing health and life challenges. Mrs. Gaskin in partnership with her husband Terrence Gaskin, is also involved with significant brand and business development initiatives, including being a Co-Founder of MUV Technologies Inc, Luigi's Italian Gelato & Coffee, Adrenaline Motoring as well as other ventures under the Immobiliare Properties conglomerate of subsidiaries reflecting entrepreneurial activities in service-related services and companies. Across her roles, Mrs. Gaskin has combined leadership in community-focused education with motivational coaching and creative expression, positioning her as a multifaceted professional dedicated to positive impact in both educational and personal development spheres.
